Nazire Dedeman Had A Meeting With The Students Of Private Istanbul College…

The students of Private Istanbul College had a meeting with Nazire Dedeman, founder and president of Hope Foundation, and volunteer in various non-governmental organizations, on individual disarmament. The students watched the cartoons that joined the contest prepared by Hope Foundation in 2003, and had the opportunity to understand the harmfulness of weapons and violence. Addressing the kids who had toy weapons at their homes, Dedeman said “Weapons are designed to kill people, and those harmful things cannot be toys. Return them to your parents and tell them weapons cannot be toys.” Following the meeting, Nazire Dedeman embraced the students, and reminded the importance of the right to live for everyone.
